What Lira is
Lira is an autonomous customer support layer for your product. It learns from your docs, your knowledge base, and (optionally) your connected systems (Drive, GitHub, Slack), then handles support across:
- A chat widget you embed on your site or app
- A full support portal you can host inside your dashboard
- Tickets for anything async or escalated
- Proactive messages that nudge customers based on what they're doing
- Actions that let the AI do real work in your product on the visitor's behalf
You configure Lira once, point it at your product context, and it runs.
