Lira is an autonomous customer support layer for your product. It learns from your docs, your knowledge base, and (optionally) your connected systems (Drive, GitHub, Slack), then handles support across:

  • A full support portal you can host inside your dashboard
  • Tickets for anything async or escalated
  • Proactive messages that nudge customers based on what they're doing
  • Actions that let the AI do real work in your product on the visitor's behalf
